Frequently asked questions

+What's included in the price?

Everything in our process: scoping, a proposal, interviewing and vetting candidates, a shortlist, and follow-up once your new hire has settled in. Job descriptions, training and onboarding are optional extras, priced to your needs.

+When do I pay?

The deposit is due when you sign the contract. The placement fee is due within 10 business days of your new employee's hiring date. All fees are plus 24% VAT.

+Is the deposit refundable?

No. It covers the work of starting your search, so it's kept regardless of the outcome.

+How long do you have to find someone?

We need a minimum of 3 months from the contract signing to fill the position.

+Can I use other agencies or find someone myself at the same time?

Yes. You only pay the placement fee if you hire the candidate we introduce. The deposit is non-refundable either way.

+Can I pass the fee on to my new employee?

No. Under Greek law, finding a job through an agency must be free for the worker, so our fees can't be deducted from their pay or charged to them in any other way.

+Can you help with housing for new staff?

Yes. Our featured house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 3 to 6 people, with two double beds and two single beds. You rent the house and your staff live there. See Staff housing above for prices. We also have other housing options, so contact us to find the right fit.

+What if you don't find the right person?

You don't pay the placement fee. The deposit is non-refundable.

+What does “gross salary” mean here?

The monthly gross salary agreed in your new employee's job offer.

+Do you help with job descriptions, training and onboarding?

Yes, as optional extras. We tailor them to your business, so contact us for a quote.
